Same Day Shipping Policy
Orders placed before 3:00PM ET or 12:00PM PST will usually ship on the same day. Orders shipped are subject to availability. If your package is urgent, please contact one of our representatives to check for availability and shipping options.

All products are shipped directly from our distribution center located in Southern California. Depending on the specific destination, orders shipped via UPS Ground service will be delivered between 1-7 business days.

Domestic Shipping
Orders placed are normally shipped via UPS. UPS does not include weekends and/or holidays as shipping days.  UPS provides Saturday deliveries for Next Day Air packages for an additional fee of $10.00.  Please specify when an urgent order is necessary.   Our order-processing department will do their best to accommodate your request. Insurance is purchased on all shipments for any items that are lost or damaged during shipping.

International Shipping
YES, orders will be shipped internationally to selected countries.  However, due to various shipping methods, weight and requirements, accurate international shipping rates cannot be specified.  Notification of the international shipping costs will be forwarded via e-mail. In order to process an order it is necessary to provide a copy of the purchaser’s ID and credit card.  This information can be faxed or scanned then emailed to us for proper processing.   This will avoid any shipping delays.

Cancellation
Please contact us at (888) 9SM-SING immediately, during our regular business hours Monday-Friday 7:00AM-7:00PM PST; SAT-SUN 8AM-5PM PST. It is necessary to speak to one of our sales representatives for order cancellations.  SMCKaroaoke.com is not responsible for charges relating to unconfirmed cancellations via email or voice mail messages.  Cancelled orders will be processed to the best of our ability.  Once the merchandise is shipped, cancellations will not be accepted.
