Warranty Statement
THE SINGING MACHINE COMPANY,INC. warrants this product to be free from defects
in material and workmanship for a period of Ninety (90) days from date of sale
to the original consumer purchaser. Product will be replaced free of charge if
it has proven to be defective within the Ninety (90) day period when said
product is returned at customer expense within the warranty period.
ALL REPLACEMENTS ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE.

ALL IMPLIED WARRANTITES ARE LIMITED TO THE
DURATION OF THIS WARRANTY. THIS IS THE COMPLETE WARRANTY AND NO OTHER EXPRESSED
WARRANTY IS VALID. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON HOW LONG AN IMPLIED
WARRANTY LASTS OR AN EXCLUSION OR LIMITATIONS OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL
DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may
also have other rights, which may vary from state to state.
Repairs and Service for Canadian Purchases Only
TO OBTAIN SERVICE ON WARRANTY UNITS: If you have had your machine
less than thirty days, most retailers will exchange your Singing Machine for
you. If you are unable to return your merchandise to the original retailer but
are still within the 90-day warranty period, please contact our Customer Service
Department at our toll free phone number (866) 670-6888 or email your request
for information to customerservice@singingmachine.com to obtain repair or
replacement information. Please hold on to your receipt as
providing a copy of your proof of purchase is ABSOLUTELY NECESSARY to show the
unit is within the 90-day warranty. PLEASE DO NOT SEND YOUR MACHINE TO US
WITHOUT SPEAKING TO A CUSTOMER SERVCE REPRESENTATIVE FIRST. Machines sent to the
address listed on our website will be returned to you at your expense as this is
our corporate office only. No repairs or replacements are done at this location.

Extended Warranty Information
If you purchased an extended warranty for your Singing Machine,
it was purchased either through the retailer or a 3rd party extended warranty
company. The Singing Machine does not offer extended warranties. THE SINGING
MACHINE COMPANY, INC. warrants your product to be free from defects in material
and workmanship for a period of Ninety (90) days from date of sale to the
original consumer. For questions regarding your extended warranty, contact the
retailer where you purchased your Singing Machine or the 3rd party extended
warranty company.
